Vice-Principals' Speak

Meena Dasgupta :

Like the ripples of waves, the music of seasons, the shimmering of a golden dawn, there shines the institution ‘K S M S’ like sunshine in the small green city of Jamshedpur.

Here we open doors of acceptance, care & concern for the children, where knowledge is imparted, integrity & trust is instilled and where each child emerges out as a good human being Our ‘Dream Makers’ - the team of wonderful, dedicated teachers- smile with the children, grow with them and show them the dreams to live for.

KSMS is unique in its own way; with invigilator less examination, teachers adopting students, counseling them, helping them emotionally, academically, financially, boosting their morale, providing them with opportunities like debate, elocution, creative writing, dances, music or training them for quizzes, group discussions, painting or role play. Students of KSMS strive for excellence in whichever competition they participate, and one day they step out of this threshold with humility, confidence, sense of duty and the ability to function independently.

Rajan Kaur:

KSMS believes that children should be taught not only how to think but also what to think as Plato has rightly said ‘Do not train children to learn by harshness, but lead them to it by what amuses their mind.”

Keeping this in mind KSMS provides a healthy, happy, safe and positive environment. Each child is treated as special and unique and the child’s natural enthusiasm is fostered through various activity-based joyful learning. Through various partnerships such as PACE and UKEIRI we offer creative learning opportunities to the young students. We focus on building soft skills, moral values, respecting relationships. The positive support extended by teachers, parents and school management ensures that systems fulfill the hopes and goals of all our stakeholders.
